The Objective of OPEH
The Open Period Education and Health Project, or OPEH for short, is an open-source initiative to provide free, anonymous and private reproductive healthcare education in an increasingly digital world. We aim to provide clear, objective and accessible information about menstruation, reproductive health and management of reproductive cycles, while addressing the unique legal, environmental, social, cultural and data privacy challenges that arise in our contemporary digital and political landscape.

OPEH's Zero-Data Privacy Principles
Zero-Data Privacy. The base principle of OPEH is that your data, is your data. OPEH does not collect, store, or share any personal data about our users. We do not use cookies, trackers, or any other data collection methods. All information provided by OPEH is freely accessible and does not require any form of registration or personal information. We believe that privacy is a fundamental right, and we are committed to protecting the privacy of our users. Furthermore, OPEH actively fights for the protection of privacy rights in reproductive healthcare, and we advocate for the development and use of privacy-respecting technologies in this field, as well as assist in the access of information and resources for those who are seeking to protect their privacy in reproductive healthcare, as well as Healthcare advice for those who are unable to access it safely.

The Legal Question
OPEH and all services recommended by the Project, developed by the Project, or linked by the Project, run on a strict passive non-compliance policy with respect to any and all legal requests for information about users, including but not limited to subpoenas, warrants, court orders, and any other legal requests for information. OPEH will not comply with any such requests as stated in our Zero-Data Privacy Principles. All online-available services ran by OPEH or recommended by OPEH are completely NON data-collecting, cookie based, nor tracking. When forced to comply, OPEH will have NO data to provide.
